Ordering is done exclusively electronically - by adding items to the web basket. Products are considered ordered at the moment when the Customer completes the entire order and payment process. Notification of a successful order will be sent to the Customer's e-mail address within 24 hours. If the message does not arrive in the Inbox, it is necessary to check the Junk/Spam box.
If there is still no order notification, please contact the Seller.
In case there is an error in the order, the Customer must inform us as soon as possible. Otherwise, such an order will arrive at the address entered when filling out the delivery information.
If we are unable to fulfill the order after accepting the payment, the money will be returned to the Customer.
The seller undertakes to deliver all ordered products within a maximum of 15 working days and reserves the right to refuse any Order without the obligation to provide an explanation. If there is suspicion of misuse of the order, the Seller will not deliver it.
In order for the order to be successful, at the end of it, it will be necessary to mark the field with a check mark (photo of a check mark or icon) and in this way the Buyer will confirm that he is familiar with and accepts the Terms of Sale listed on the Ummaramma website. If the field is not checked, the Customer will not be able to complete the purchase ☹
